On this episode, we’re excited to be joined by Laura Simpson, co-founder and CEO of Side Door, an Atlantic Canadian startup that helps connects artists with spaces to create shows, anytime, anywhere…even virtually!

Laura joins us via Zoom from her Halifax Home, also known as a popular house concert venue the “Syrup Factory.” We talk about Side Door and how it’s adapted throughout the pandemic. We also talk about her experiences in the booming Halifax music scene as a teenager, and how that ultimately led her to start her business.
