Tim’s Vinyl Confessions Ep. 175: Deluxe Editions and Reissues (Part 2)

This week on Tim’s Vinyl Confessions…

Tim’s friend Matt takes over and gives his take on his favourite deluxe editions and reissues. Being an artist in his own right, Matt picks up on details that Tim may have missed. Add to that the fact that he likes a wider variety of rock music than he does, is more than enough reason to present his take on things:

Tim's Vinyl Confessions started in September 2014, mostly with the encouragement of my wife Sarah, who felt that I should have an outlet for my music collection, and my seemingly endless knowledge of rock music minutia. Seriously, I sometimes forget at the grocery store whether or not we already bought bananas, but I can tell you in an instant which Motley Crue album was originally mastered by Bob Ludwig, not George Marino. (I know, what??) Anyway, I was born in 1974 and was a complete and total 80s kid. To let you know where I'm coming from, the album that changed my life wasn't the Beatles, Stones, Who, Led Zeppelin, etc. It was Bon Jovi's Slippery When Wet. However, in the early 90s I did go back and discover a ton of great bands like Queen, Deep Purple, Kansas, etc. My musical tastes are what's on display on my TVC episodes, and you'll soon learn I'm not particularly cool Thanks for watching!
