On a Quest to Queens of the Stone Age!

Ask us if our 2023 bingo looked anything like it has so far, and we will tell you WE DID NOT SEE it coming! Both lovers of the band, we saw the tickets go up and had to grab them! Cait has been a big fan of Queens of the stone age for years and other side projects, but this was our first time seeing them.

We recently went down to Portland to see Les Claypool and friends, and the drive was not as bad as we remembered. It only took us about 4.5 hours to get there, and we had a blast! Thank you Portland Holiday inn, We love you for being so amazing to us!

Seeing Queens, Cait said the show would be top-notch, but we did not expect the show we got. The sound, the vibes, the crowd, and the venue was incredible. Shoutout to the Cross Insurance Arena for all they do to make a safe and good environment for people to see their favourite acts.

BEYOND TIGHT, Like straight up. The band was having a blast, and we could feel it. They took many moments to turn the lights on and interact with the crowd, which was wildly refreshing. The set was close to three hours, and they played 22 songs, ALL SUPERB SELECTIONS!

Definitely see them if you can; the show is wildly tight and so freaking good to see live.

Be sure to listen to the show to hear all about it ;)
